Arundel was originally formed to provide basic maintenance services to homeowners associations in the Houston area.  Through the years we have changed our focus to providing staff for mid and high-rise condominiums as well as townhomes. 

We no longer do "as needed" maintenance work and instead offer regularly scheduled porter service (basic maintenance and janitorial) to associations on a contract basis.
